Merchant Accounts Express Review

Merchant Accounts Express Review

From the outskirts of Nashua, New Hampshire, Merchant Account Express is in the market from 1998. Merchant Account Express is also known as Merchant Express. They are a subordinate of TransFirst, located out of Louisville, Colorado. Merchant Express give full services such as a retail, internet, hardware, software, wireless,e-commerce, etc. They have served more than 500,000 businesses over the years.

As per the current update, Merchant Account Express have a few complaints and negative reviews online which puts them on a good position on the BBB score board. On their website, they also have some good educational resources. So be sure that you are aware of your merchant account before proceeding to any confirmation.

The lack of merchant’s identity and contact details in the testimonials lacks the authenticity about them. Even though the testimonials are complete, I cannot accept their validity unless some reviews and comments are posted by Merchants on our website about them.

My major concern with Merchant Express is their clarity as a company. As merchants, we want to see the real picture of the company that we are bargaining with. We want to see reality of the company, the people and the successful stories of the company. The virtual world is a great chance where you can show clarity and be more transparent. Moreover, it would be great if they put up some social network profiles and actually let us directly communicate with them.

In the today’s world when a customer tries to reach to company and contact them, the CEO refrains and back off from them. It pulls you out of as a true company if you are willing to respond and communicate with your customer. It gives you a unique quality and helps you to survive the virtual world. Ask Randall Peterson CEO of AT&T how fast it is to spread bad rumors. It only takes a few moments for the “bad reputation” to spread around and if you take a moment and acknowledge us then we turn tables to the good side.
