GoEmerchant Review

When I started to discover about GoEmerchant, I realized that it is not just a merchant service provider, but it is a complete ecommerce solution. They provide you with all the things you need to run an online business including shopping cart software along with your merchant account. They also provide a complete “all0in-one” ecommerce solution by providing their customers with web analytics, web hosting, emails and SSL certificate.

I experienced that with so many services offered by a company, the customer services often suffers and complaint ratio is higher than others, but with GoEmerchant, the case is not same. Their customer service is excellent and compliant ration is minimal. I was unable to find any serious complaint against them on the BBB. When I searched on web, there were no bad comments or bad talk about them on any web hosting forum.

I contacted couple of merchants who were their clients in the past, and both looked satisfied with their services. After talking to them, it looks like that GoEmerchant put an extra effort to keep their merchants loyal and happy.

As I like sites that do ethical business, GoEmerchant is one of my favorite. The site has no cancelation fees and hidden contract terms. For those merchants who are affected by the seasons, they offer seasonal downtime along with interchange-plus pricing. I tried hard, but was unable to find any reason a merchant may find to not to work with them, a reason why I rated them with 5 out of 5 stars.

The site has number of testimonials on their website along with “Featured client” section. I contacted people from both and find them genuine and satisfied.

Security/Privacy:
GoEmerchant is secured by both McAfee and Verisign.

Even though, I have no firsthand experience with their customer service, but number of merchants who worked with them rated their customer service high while talking to me. So it looks good, as most merchants appreciate their late hours of operation.

No contract terms. Accounts are setup on a month-to-month basis.

Product/Service Offering:

The site not only offers Merchant accounts, but also provides complete ecommerce solution to their clients and merchants. They are upgrading their products and now also providing Quickbooks integrated Plugin and iPhone Virtual Terminal app.

They have a complete range of products but not at the cost of quality, so I must say, they are doing a terrific work.

Product/Service Specialty:
They don’t really specialize in anything, but you can definitely tell that they’re well equipped to handle full-scale eCommerce operations.
