Card Payment Solutions are two different companies operating under the same names but located in two different locations. Although they are sharing the name but these two companies are entirely different entities with no link between one another at all.

The company the review is written about is Card Payment Solutions (CPS) (www.cardpaymentsolutions.com) which is located in Madison, Indiana. The other one is located in Santa Barbara, California which is not a very reputable one in comparison to the former one.

The Indiana Card Payment Solutions CPS has been functioning for the past ten years over which they have received minimal complaints and a great BBB score. One tends to confuse the Indianan based company with the one operating in California and ends up giving a negative review to the Indiana Card Payment Solutions CPS. The Californian CPS does not have a lot of fans and hence has received a lot of number of negative feedback which sometimes reflects on the Indiana Company. Therefore, be very careful and thorough in your research and try not to mix them up.

However, the Indiana Card Payment Solutions CPS lacks in providing its customers with verifiable testimonials and references which acts as a negative point against them. Also it would be nice to see them using social media a little more actively than the current situation if they have any intention of disassociating their name from the Californian Company.

Extremely poor customer service given to me by manager with two names Tommy Jackson and Tommy Kelly unfortunately hearing that the company doesn’t even know which one he is or what he does took me six days and I still don’t have resolution to the fact that they have been delayed four times in a year with depositing my money into my account and now I’m fighting with them because they removed it twice this is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life even corresponding with the president of the CEO CFO and operations manager very poor get an email back concerning over $1500 worth of money
